If you find yourself typing the same information for e-mails across deals, save some time and create an e-mail template!

Click your brokerage name in the menu on the left. Below your brokerage name click Email Templates. Now click the Add Template button in the top right.

  1. Give your template a name. Note: Your template name becomes your e-mail's subject line. 

   2. Write the body of your e-mail, inserting tags as needed. The tags will insert deal information automatically, so you don't have to go looking for it for each deal! Click Save.

   3. Your new template is now available in your deals.
To use them click Share and select a template from the Template dropdown.
