Loft offers a requirements menu option, if you wish to track documentation or activities on specific deals. You can create as many items as you like. Loft is not a compliance automation solution, so if agents are missing documents, manually message them through the deal comments. Head to your Brokerage menu > Requirements to set up your list.
Once you have set the items up, any New Deal you create will show the Requirements:
Attach documents for specific requirements, and / or simply note the items as Finished.
