1. Login to DocuSign and click on the user profile photo on the the top right corner of the page. From the submenu, click on ‘My Preferences’.

2. On the Preferences Page, navigate to the ‘Connected Apps’ under the ‘SIGNING AND SENDING’ section. Then click on the ‘MANAGE APPS’ button at the bottom of the page.

3. If your account is configured for Two-Step Verification, you will need to open your e-mail inbox and retrieve a code to proceed.

4. Navigate to the ‘CONNECTED APPS’ tab. In the list, you should see ‘Loft47Docusign’ app.

5. Finally, click on the 'REVOKE' button to complete the step.
